Okonomimura is a multi-story food theme building in central Hiroshima dedicated entirely to Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. Housing over 20 independent stalls across several floors, each with its own teppan griddle and recipe, the building offers visitors a chance to compare different interpretations of Hiroshima's signature layered pancake. Unlike Osaka-style, Hiroshima okonomiyaki features distinct layers of batter, cabbage, noodles, and toppings.
