Legendary Kanda soba shop since 1880, one of Tokyo's three great soba lineages.
Kanda Yabu Soba is one of Tokyo's three great soba houses, tracing its roots to 1880. The restaurant is known for its strongly flavored, dark soy-based dipping sauce—a hallmark of the Yabu style—which is meant to be used sparingly on the tips of the noodles. The refined, slightly greenish soba noodles are made from premium buckwheat and have a distinctively smooth texture.
