To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, including the Japanese Consumer Contract Act (Shohisha Keiyaku Ho), Eat in Japan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to access the website or any of its content
Reliance on restaurant information such as menus, prices, hours, or dietary details that may have changed
