Toraya is Japan's most prestigious wagashi (traditional Japanese confectionery) house, with a history spanning over 500 years as purveyor to the Imperial Court. The Akasaka flagship store features an elegant cafe where guests can enjoy seasonal wagashi paired with matcha in a refined, modern space designed by architect Naito Hiroshi.
